Stylestudie : A good piece says a thousand words!

...Say it outloud...Who? What! You could fit it into the back pocket of your Massive-fit Levi Jeans or the side pockets of your paint-dripped cargo pants... the illest quality colour S.A.-graff mag...writers definitely want to feature in. It shows you exactly that too...who? & what!...about style of murals, chromies, characters, trains and sketches. Then too, it brief you up on the African Hip Hop Indaba 2002, Heal The Hood 2003 and African Battle Cry.

You get the feel that the creative team (Mak 1 & Nutso) were dreaming about doing this sort of thing for a span, and now its really happening. I salutè you! These dudes (like I don't know..) were graffing long before most writers could properly display any can-control and nozzle skillz. There's also a article by S.A.-graffiti legend Falko (TVA), called"Know your shit"...you can read it below...you getting it all free. These names Mak 1 and Falko are big not only big...huge in graff circles...responsible for livening up the ghetto's with colourful murals and sick characters, and what?... are these guys funny... I was thinking these cats should have their own sitcom... they're pure Cape Town entertainment. AayyySShh, once I was stuck with them for 27 hours in a compartment on a train from J-sek to CPT. Dude, I had severe stomach-aches laughing myself in my chopes. It so happened that we just happen to share the same compartment out of about 150 people, by pure chance.
We had a little boom-box which attracted mad attention...like thats gonna stop them from goofing.

Stylestudie features mad writers from different crews... Merk, Num2, Sky189, Tag4, Slate, Tec2, Pest, Dr.1, Falko, Faith, Wealz, Ice, Mantis, Econ, Lover, Anoy...see for yourself! Also Mak1 and his "original" crew-TVA along with the WOTS-crew were featured in a Graff Documentary called "Overspray" screened on SABC and whatnot, deplicting the battle element inheritend to Graffiti. Anyways...read their shit they can get serious too. Here's Mak 1 breaks it down in term of writing, tagging, bombing...Give him a listen! In his own words,"...to those doing the do, do more..."

"...Like don't just say it, bro spray it!"

"The creative staff of StyleStudie magazine do not condone any illegal painting of walls, trains or any other property. Many of the photographs displayed were sent anonymously with no way of tracing the photographers." I told you this guy was funny...
